At co-coach, we bring extensive teaching and coaching experiences together to deliver dynamic and engaging continuous professional development (CPD) sessions, whether in the classroom, a lecture setting, or out on the grass. Technology is seamlessly embedded into our sessions to enrich the learning experience and make it practical, relevant, interactive and engaging.
Our CPD events are designed to be inclusive, fun, and active—steering away from traditional lecture formats to embrace a hands-on "doing is learning" approach. Every session is tailored to meet the specific needs of participants, with bespoke programs focused on football or education practices. We ensure all content is contextualized, helping attendees relate it to their unique environments and challenges, making the learning both meaningful and impactful.

We've all sat through those laborious talks that never seem to end, then asking ourselves "what did I learn?". We don't believe in that approach, and ensure that every session we deliver captures attention, engagement, curiosity, and imagination. We like our participants to 'do' and learn in our sessions.

Why can't learning be fun? We've got lots of tried and tested tricks up our sleeves to deliver fun, competitive, creative and inspirational sessions embedding technology as we go. Experience quizzes, competitions, and active learning activities, plus much more!

We always consider our audience. Much like a theatre production, we want our audience to feel like they've been involved from the start, and had their needs met. To do this, we lean on years of experience in working closely alongside learners with Learning Difficulties and Disabilities.
Reflection.
Reflection is a critical process for learning. In our CPD delivery, we'll be encouraging participants to recall, rehearse, reflect, and retain information through reflection.
